Google Voicemail Issue, help

So I use goole voice (goolge voice number and google voicemail) and I have been for several months. No problems, then all of the sudden a voicemail notification from my regular voicemail (voice cassette tape) shows up in my notification bar. I can't get into my regular verizon voicemail and I can't clear the notification. Anyone know how to help please?

Call your regular number from a different phone and when the voicemail picks up hit #. You will be asked for your ow and your in to clear.
Or dial *63. That cancels the forward and allow you to get to vm from your phone. Then dial *71 plus your gv# to re- engage your forwarded GVM.
