Who needs Skype when Google has an acquistition on the table already for video chat on Android? Read this article on their website:

Interesting. I hope it comes through soon enough for us to enjoy this when we get our EVO's. There was also something about Fring having Skype-like video chat and a couple of other video chat options. It's just a matter of time at this point.
BTW, I put this topic in the EVO 4G forums only because this device is the only one (at this time) to be able to do real video chat via the front facing camera.
