Can someone help me I can't see to update my credit card details on my Google account.

Tried via my account but it say webpage not available

Go to My Account -> View Data Stored with This Account -> (Scroll Down to Checkout) Payment Options -> (Will open a new window) Edit -> (Amend your details) Save.

At which point in the above process is it failing?

Still no joy,all i get is ,the page you requested could not be found.please check the page you used to reach this page .
