Hello. I have purchased two movies in the Goggle play store, but no matter what I do, they will not download. I have tried to restart, restore to factory settings, been on the phone with Google support for two hours. Some times when I try to download I get error messages (404 no license), or sometimes when I click to download, it says " you wont be able to watch this movie on your device unless your online" I have plenty of storage available, and I am connected to wi-fi with a strong signal. I am very frustrated with this
