Door hooks on my extended battery door broke. I emailed them and told them what had happened expecting problems. All they said was there will be one in the mail in the morning. Took about 10 mins for a reply. Excellent customer service. No haggle no problem .... just it's on the way. Do not get that everywhere. I am not affiliated with them in anyway. They have my business.
