I had an app that gave me (according to the description in the settings) an on screen Backward Play Forward widget on my screen that was "experimental and may not work". It worked and was good enough for me, so I didnt have to even open PowerAMP to even play music in the current playlist. All i remember is the << > >> was transparent in color, it definitely wasnt related to PowerAMP, and Ive tried to look through Widgetsoid, FancyWidgets and LauncherPro to see if it was in there, and it looks to be that it isnt. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you much

Go to a PC & log on to market.android.com & sign in to your account. You may still be able to view your downloaded apps, even if they aren't currently installed on your phone.

In the market search bar I put "widget play music" and got a lot of results fit your description.

I actually tried that since I had to try to not have to pay a 2nd time for PowerAMP and FancyWidget, and thankfully I was able to re-use my order number to install full versions.
When I did go to the marketplace on my pc, all it ever said I had installed was LauncherPro (not full ver), LauncherPro Icons, Widgetsoid 2.x, FancyWidget (now known as FancyWidgets), PowerAMP and WoW Remote App. I am kind of wondering if the old FancyWidget is the one that had it, since I downloaded the new version only, its all I can think of. It also said I had downloaded the PowerAMP Widget pack but none of those had fit what I was lookin for at the time. I just remember it being part of a bigger app and it said it was experimental. I wish I had a picture of it but unfortunately the only pic I have is back before I had put that on my home screen and it was also before I had PowerAMP :( sadsadface.

On the other note, my replacement has Android 2.2 on it instead of 2.1, so thats a good thing though, right? :)
