Well, I've solved the problem! Upgraded my router to the latest firmware and all is good. My phone is no longer losing connection all the time. Very happy now!

Good news but i tried that but to no avail the router just wont let me upgrade the firmware maybee virgin have some built in software to stop me doing it .......the one x is going back im well gutted ill have to wait for the iphone 5 now i guess
I had trouble upgrading my router too and had to take it to my local computer repair shop to do it for me. Only took them 5ins to do and was well worth it.
