Got ROOT [oh er] what now

With many thanks to 'Ianramsden87' i have root access to my S2, and although i have been struggling with what to do next i have been trying to consume as much information as possible, however, i am still unsure as to the next move.

I have purchased some of the more popular root apps, Titanium Backup, ROM Manager and Rom Toolbox obviously to help support the devs as welll as helping me.

I'm guessing i need to install a new kernal and rom [os & firmware?] so i am up for any recomendations.

Ultimately i would love to change the look of the phone, from the bootlogo to the user interface and have been looking at ICS Domination on the XDA forums.

Any thoughts again greatly appreciated.
