Did you search the market for the terms 'outlook sync 2010' the search I just did pulled up about 4 or 5 different app's. Some free, some for a couple bucks. I don't use outlook so I'm not sure if any of these do what they say they do but they claim to sync contacts and calender. Just search the app market!
