Root Got ZV8 on a replacement phone

I know this has been posted before but I just want to make sure everyone gets what they need. As the title states, I got a replacement phone with ZV8 on it. Is there anything you guys want me to do before I update? Or does everyone have what they need?
 
We've got everything as far as I know, BUT if you want to upload a copy I'll damn for sure take a look at it. I've got a sneaking suspicion about something, and I need as many stock roms as I can get to prove it :P

And...no, I'm not going to say what IT is 'till I can, or not. Just know that it's BIG and if it works it could mean VERY good things for us in the future.

Yes, you've got all the stock apps, unrooted, or what?
I want a complete list of the stock apps, and an unrooted version too if you wouldn't mind - would save me trouble of having to write an un-rooter.

to do that if you deleted anything or rooted, just hold vol dwn + power to do the stock factory backup.
 
rather, I'd like a complete ROM - not list...I need to know what all apps come with it and their names, so I need a copy of them in the rom so I can take them out of it, and add them to something I'm workign on too.
 
It is complete stock. Haven't modified it at all. Not rooted. I'll upload over night as it's very late and I have a very slow internet connection. And one quick question. I tried the LG update tool or whatever and it's says I'm on the latest update and it won't let me update at all. Is there a way to get past this because I really want to go on ZVA. I know I can use the ROMS posted in the other thread but, I would still like to figure out a way to be able to use the update tool. Thanks in advance :D
 
I tried using the website uploader and just look at my luck :p

I'm uploading now using the Dropbox desktop application (I hate it because there is no progress bar which makes me have no idea when the upload will be finished).

EDIT: Found the progress bar. It's still annoying because there isn't a exact percentage.

That being the case then I think that my suspicions with that tool are highly precise.
I know that LG tracks the information, and stores it in a database. hell, I even know the url, and coinciding port for that information, but despite all of my attempts I've yet to successfully push data through to manually edit what's in it. This is due primarily to not knowing what their table names are since I can't do an http connection to it, so I can't fish that information out.
I can't really say what I'm doing, or how; because that will let them in on it, and they'll be able to prevent it. However, I do know that if I can get the information I'll need I can start editing peoples information in the database, and allowing updates.
I've got a few other friends that I have worked with on several hacking projects working on disassembling this with me, and we've decided to use the power of a 20 thousand dollar server that i have set up just to get things going as fast as possible. If anything can brute force what we'll need it's my 48 core beast!
