Gplay payment help please

Hey peeps. So i had to get a new debit card and need to link it to Play store (basicly change the 12pin number)
I remember it being easier last time
So how do i do it? (Preferably in-app and WITHOUT a desktop [hate that old clunky teck].

I'd say your best bet is going to play.google.com on your mobile browser

I thought you could do it through the play store app, but it looks like they've gotten rid of that
