Help Gps apps

[kaschiro]

Are there any gps apps out there do not need wifi or 3g but just gps signal.
I have two or three gps apps and they all require the use of wifi/3g. I have my data packet turn off and I am on using wifi and of course soon as I am away from wifi the program is useless. Is there not a program that acts like the gps in my car that only uses gps signal...I have a galaxy tab 7
