Help GPS -Exchange?

I have two questions

1- I'm on cognition 2.2 beta6 right now, really fast but I'm still getting the "location is temporarily unavailable" message when I try to lock. I used the lbstestmode and It connected to 7 sats and took 20 seconds to lock. On 2.1 It would actually lock on in the maps app, but it would be really inaccurate. Should I try my luck on a new one?

2- Can you still replace it for GPS Issues after your 30 days?

What you are describing is one of the issues with GPS on this device, that it is inaccurate. For some people GPS locks and is inaccurate and for others it doesn't lock at all or takes forever. Even with cognition GPS is not fixed.

You might be able to get a replacement Captivate if you make a big enough stink out of it, but don't expect the GPS to work on it. It's not a problem with a few devices, it's a problem with the vast majority of them.
