GPS for Geocaching

How accurate is the GPS? I use my phone for geocaching and I am looking to get the Nexus 4, but I live in Maine and a lot of caching is in the woods. I would like to know if someone has been caching with the phone and how accurate it is in the woods and how quickly it will lock on to a GPS signal? I have a Triumph and if it gets a GPS lock then it is pretty accurate, but I had a HTC before and it locked quick, but the accuracy was terrible.

I cache as well. Still fairly few and far between, but it is enjoyable. This is definitely good info to know.

I don't geocache but in have found GPS to be really good when I use it for other things. Usually locks within a couple seconds at most and stays locked really well, both urban and rural
