I just recently go my Galaxy Skyrocket and I like everything about it except for an issue with Google maps and email. I am a courier and I have been using an Iphone 3Gs. I receive my orders for pickups via email from the courier company I work for.
When email comes in on the iphone, you would see that the street number, street name and city and zip code are hilighted. All I would have to do is hit the hilighted part and the map function on the iphone would find it.
With the andriod phone, the email comes through but the address number, street name etc are not hilighted. I have to manually enter the address on Google maps. This takes time and is also a safety issue if I try to do this while driving which I do not want to do.
This could be a dealbreaker for me when deciding on the android because I use the map function so much for my job. The map function works great on the Skyrocket but I have to manually enter it. Is the hilighted function on the iphone something unique to iphone? Thanks for any help. I have learned a lot so far on these forums prior to getting my Skyrocket.
