Help GPS Issue

Newbie
Although my GPS works well, its seems to be off about 50ft or so - when I'm on the interstate and there is a road running very close to that interstate, the GPS keeps rerouting and jumping back and forth from the interstate to that road running along the interstate. Very annoying
