Help GPS Issue

[hilmar2k]

All of a sudden, nothing that uses GPS can locate my position, except Google Maps. If I open Google Maps, it grabs my exact location immediately, but nothing else will, including Google Navigation. If I try to start navigating, even after Google Maps has pinpointed my location, Google Navigation just hangs on "Searching for GPS...".

I have tried rebooting and a battery pull, without success. Any other ideas?

Apparently no GPS for us in upstate NY. Very odd.....

EDIT: Not just upstate NY. Verizon tech in SC says she can't use GPS either.

From what I can tell, it's only happening to HTC phones on Verizon and mostly happening in upstate NY. Seems oddly specific.

I agree, with exception that mine is with a first generation Motorola Droid.
