Root gps not working anymore please help

My gps suddenly stopped working.whenever i open a gps app such as map,the gps does not work.the gps icon also does not appear in the status bar. My phone is rooted and running stock rom.only flashed overclock kernel.

Bootloader unlocked at htcdev

I'd try backing up to the last known working nandroid.

i restored the old backup but it also does not worked

Seems like hardware problem then

Check setting > location and make sure gps is turned on. If that's not it, then you probably do have have a hardware problem........

Update:::::
I fixed my gps by using agps patch v1.2
I found this patch in wildfire s forums
Now my gps is working fine.
