gps on notification bar

I have had my sensation for over a week now, an noticed something odd.

The gps on notification is on,but I have turned gps off.

Any one else got similler issues?

GPS notification as in the satellite icon with waves coming out of it in the notification bar? Or is it the crosshair? The satellite icon indicates your gps is on, while the crosshair icon indicates you have google location on.

Does rebooting your phone solve the issue?

I think it's the sat with waves, never seen the crosshair icon to be honest.

Yes after reboot it not there till i use Maps or Location apps
