For some weird reason, the GPS on/off button won't stay put. I'll hit it to turn it off and it turns itself back on again. It takes two or three turns to get it to stay off. Any suggestions? Droid inc.

I turn off the GPS with the widget and wait a few seconds and it turns itself back on. What's up with that???
Which phone and ROM are running (if rooted). You are better off posting in the proper forum for your phone than in the lounge.

Sorry about posting in the wrong place. I tried turning it off and on again. Even removed the battery and put that back on.
I'm wondering if there's a program running in the background that uses GPS. It's strange. It's like it's got a mind of its own.
