Help GPS or Navigation App

If you use the GPS facility (or the Navigation Application) on the S2 whilst driving (i.e. away from any WiFi connections) does it eat into your data allowance?

I've used the Navigation App on a few occasions. It does use data but does not a lot.
Example, a 25 km drive with the nav on barely used 2mb if i remember. Uses so little that i don't even bother tracking. Keep in mind, if you take long road trips than i wouldn't recommend it.
Test it out and see what kind of usage you get.

It uses data for the route calculation so the hit is at the start and that will be it unless you go off course and a recalculation of the route is required.
