GPS??? or other major issues?

I have had the orignal US galaxy s for tmobile, known as the vibrant. I absolutely loved the phone. my only issue was the gps. it sucked. i'm not sure if it was the same with the other parts of the world however i would like to know if anybody has used the gps on the galaxy s2? how does it work? and lastly, are there any known major issues with this device?

My GPS is one of the best I've had on a smartphone (N95, N97, N8, Nexus One) and gets me a fix in around 10 sec's and to within 30ft using this method:-
