Help GPS problem

Hey all
I am having a bit of a problem
I'll try to be brief and not make this a novel
Phone is c771 version 2.3.3 rooted Paxchristos method, running v6 supercharger option 3
And juice defender ultimate in aggressive mode.
Problem. Shortly after running supercharger noticed my GPS will not activate with Google maps, viewranger app, Facebook app and a
Few others. It does come on for location from browser, and on rebooting.
Ive tried reinstalling the apps and unsupercharging reloading from titanium ,all to no avail.
I've also tried fix permissions, GPS status tools, and GPS test apps with no success.
I'm pretty much a noob but it behaves as though whatever tells the app to activate the GPS is broken.
Anybody else have any thoughts? I would love a little insight.
Thanks

Here's what I did. I notified zeppelinrox, via his thread. He said to uninstall RC 6, try an earlier version, see if the problem is still there, then reinstall RC 6 to confirm. I did all that, and when I reinstalled RC 6 the problem fixed itself. You can read my whole post on xda forums. Look me up, jova33.

I just tried "uninstalling" v6 by doing this.
You can also go to /system and delete build.prop and rename build.prop.un3g to "build.prop". I would then reboot your phone.
now phone will not reboot! it just hangs on the blank screen right after it says now loading

Well this is what happened
I "unsupercharged' about a week ago while trying to fix the GPS problem however I did not "unkernelize" being unaware that that was an option.
so then I thought " I'll bet it's not uninstalled because the folder is still on my phone" so I deleted it (mistake #1) then after reading your response and a few of the posts between you and Zeplinrox on xda I figured that the changes v6 made to my phone still resided somewhere on my phone so I followed the directions mentioned earlier.
now here I am. bummer:(
Oh well I'm going to go to Verizon tomorrow and play dumb( shouldn't be hard for me:p) maybe they will give me a new phone.
Thanks you guys for trying to help me.

If they do send you a CLN device (past practice being a predictor of future performace, so they probably will) it likely will be build C771M80. If this is the case, unless you need/want PTT do not let the phone update. If the phone comes already updated to C771M100 and you do not need or want PTT, do not open the PTT app. It appears that if you open the app but do not have PTT on the account the app will continuously try to authorize and will run your battery down quickly.

There are some other issues with the M100 build that make it undesireable -

No root method
Lots of new and exciting bloat, except they didn't remove the old & boring bloat
An issue with the dock screen not being responsive to touch if the device is put into the dock while locked.

No I do not have Recovery, I didn't find out about that until after I started having problems and was afraid it was the Rom that was the problem so I never installed it.

Oh joy! This phone has been less than stellar since I got it. the ONLY thing I loved about was the ruggedness. the rest was only Meh.
