Help GPS questions and data stuff

Hi guys

I wanted to get some information about the GPS in our Atrix 4g phones. So I know that AT&T Navigation charges you and Google Navigation doesn't, but they both use data to locate your position to navigate you to your destination. I was reading around that you could actually just turn on the GPS in our settings, turn off the wifi and use the GPS to pinpoint where your location is as long as I have the maps on my sd card, but it will take a little bit longer, I wanted to know if I did that and just used the internal GPS for navigation, would it give me turn by turn?

Also what could I use for the maps on my sd card?

I already deleted At&t Navigation, but I still have Google Navigation.

Hi,

Gps on the Atrix is just great :) and you may want to get application like Copilot.
CoPilot Live v8: ALK Technologies

and download the map you want (North america, Canada, Europe ... or just California.

The app itself is cheap . Then you have to buy the map. The prices are fair :)

i hope this helps.
