I'm not sure how many of you have GPS issues, but it seems that with many custom ROMs, people report GPS being "off".
GPS Status can be had for free in the market. Download it and use the tools to erase the current GPS Satellite data and download updated data. When running the GPS will tell you what your current accuracy level is based on satellite fixes (it is labeled as ERROR). Mine usually reads 2 or 3 meters which is outstanding.
If you have a 2-3M accuracy and you are still not seeing accurate readings in Google Maps or Navigation, at least you can eliminate actual GPS data as the culprit....
