We have great news for the Motorola RAZR owners, as the Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich update was spotted in Greece and it should soon hit other European countries, as well. Motorola RAZR is the US-based company

For VZW, it is looking like best case is June. The recent leak shows that there is still work to do and that leak was the logical update for GB 181 that we all have right now.

If this story is true at all, this is a one-off case, of a guy who sent his phone in for service and got it back with 4.0.4. This is not an OTA update for the public..
from all the leaks and rumors I read, I would guess we will start seeing ICS on Razrs starting the end of May..

Ditto. I'm thinking June at the earliest, but more likely in early July. We'll see. Maybe Moto will surprise us for once.

but we have no affiliation with vzw right ? i dont understand the link between vzw and moto...they are just linked via carrier trade, but act like sister concerns

Since we are all guessing ... here's mine
I'm thinking with all the anticipation for ICS Moto could enhance
sales of the Razr HD if they held off with the update of the Razr and Razr Maxx until a couple weeks after the HD is released.
so for me I'm waiting for the HD

Sorry, since just noticed the OP is in India, so my narrow minded US logistics convention does not hold up. I have no clue when the US will see ICS, but have even less (than zero) of a clue when other markets will.

Speculation is great and all, but the bottom line remains that there is no way of positively knowing that this is out until you get a notification on your phone for the actual update. ICS would be cool and all, but my town JUST NOW got 4G so I am having fun with that for the time being.
