November - it's coming in January!
January - it's coming in March!
March - it's coming in May!
May - it's coming in June!

Really? Who cares. Almost time to buy a new phone.

Going with a pure google device next time that actually gets the latest OS sometime in the same decade its released.

What a disgrace - more verizon nonsense.

the nexus was supposed to be a pure google device, but google scrapped it, so dont expect to see another nexus device on VZW, the CDMA network is the complaint from google as it is more difficult to develop for it.

so i wouldnt hold your breath on a verizon flagship device :( im almost tempted to go to T-Mobile, but i have until 2013 for that

What's so new and different about it?

Other than hardware acceleration (Razr is already fast and smooth), and face unlock (I'll never use it), what makes ICS so different?

I'll still be making phone calls, texting, checking emails, browsing the web just the same. Yes, interface and system functions are a little different but how much time do you spend doing that? All the apps you use will be working exactly the same way.

true...but wont you be curious to know how it is atleast to use it ?
 
A nice thing about ICS is even if you do not root, you can still kill some apps. ICS is also faster and more efficient with data management. Still, ICS is not exactly a big increase compared with Cupcake to Gingerbread..... I am hungry now.
 
I had ICS on my Nexus for the time I had the phone. (about a week). Not sure I got the full ICS experience since I was fighting connectivity issues so bad I dumped the phone for Razr.

Hopefully, the next ICS experience will be better.....
 
More precisely it is qcom being very restricive with cdma licensing. Though is not obvious to me why a company with google's resources is unable to obtain a license from qcomm.
