My Samsung Captivate has not been rooted and has been updated to the Gingerbread 2.3.5. The problem I'm having has actually been there for months, since before I put Gingerbread on it. I'm in my office on an H+ network, with full bars. While browsing Opera Mini, I go from page to page extremely fast. Even if I'm using Browser it's fast. When I go to download a movie (I'm assuming it's the same with other file extensions), I'll click the Save button, then it shows the progress bar of the download, but it stays at 0 until it times out. And this is also true when I'm using our home wireless. Great reception, no downloads. What gives?
