Green arrow on Flash sites??

Whenever I go to a site with Flash my screen has a little green arrow over the "flash" areas. Once I click it, all works fine. Any way of getting Flash to load automatically and avoiding the extra step?

in browser> Go to menu> more >settings> enable plugins>always on!

It will do it on its own on the stock browser that is if you don't have flash on demand checked in preferences. Its been said the always on flash slows the browser down and its better to keep it on "on demand"

If using DolphinHD it is a little different:

menu> more >settings> system settings> enable plugins>always on
