I have a question concerning the green messaging icon. I have searched and not found anything about this issue. I have now had my phone for a few days and when I first got it, when I recieved a text message a RED Hexagon with a number in it would pop up on the top of the green messaging icon, it also would pop up on the green Read Out Icon. The number would keep going up depending on how many texts I recieved and had not read....
The problem I am running into now is that the RED hexagon with the number in it no longer pops up on the green messaging icon. It only pops up on the green "Read Out" icon. Has anyone had this problem? I tried restoring default settings and taking the battery out but that has not helped. Thanks
I also still get the notification at the top of the phone that I have an unread text, just no longer on the little green message icon.
