I am running cyanogenmod7 nightly and netarchy nexus 1.3.9cfs. Sometimes my screen is green and then goes to normal. Is that an issue with the kernel. I know that i am using a experimental kernel. I was thinking about going to the stable kernel but i wasn't sure if i would have to wipe when i flash it. Also, I am open for other kernels that might be as good or better than netacrhy.

Try running Matr1x v5.5 cfs. I use it with no issues period. You will have to wipe, but you can use tb to back up and then wipe/factory reset then wipe dalvik x3 then flash kernel. But yes that might be an issue with the kernel.
