Help Gremlins took over my Smart Phone

I have a Note 2 and the glass was recently replaced. Since then, on more of a frequent occurrence, the phone seems to navigate on its on. Closes apps immediately when I open them. Sometime the back button on home button are also inoperable. This is starting to become a real PIA. Other than the gremlins - everything works. S pen, and all apps.

Anyone have any ideas on what is going on with this issue and if it can be corrected?

Phone does have Norton security on it and its up to date along with the op system.

It sounds as if the glass was replaced improperly. The touchscreen keeps getting input from the glass.
