1. Hello i have a really big problem with my tablet Rockchip M07R6 so i rooted my device a long ago and i downloaded [removed] etc. And then i uninstall [removed] only and i had grey internet but the gapps make it blue again.1 day ago i uninstall the root and factory reset my device because i wanted to play a game (blitz brigade) and i did that because i went to the support of gameloft and it was saying make sure you dont have root and know i have grey internet and i have gapps what should i dow

Forum rules forbid any discussion of or support for the apps that got you into this mess.

In any event, it's very difficult to provide a simple fix, as it's going to be connected to whatever you did with those apps. If you can find out how to reflash your device completely (i.e. load a fresh set of system software) that is probably your simplest fix - overwrite everything with a clean OS and firmware.

Yes, my bet is you didn't actually unroot the phone, just uninstalled the rooting app/superuser app, in which case root persists after even a factory reset. Not that unrooting is necessarily going to help - who knows what those apps have done to your phone. Look into what Hadron said about re-flashing official firmware, and stay away from dodgy, illegal software such as the ones you mentioned in the future.
