For the dock, this dock on stock is horrific. I keep switching from chubbz sense 4 rom back to stock because of wimax, but any other than sense 3.6/ics is a go for me!!

Try the ICS AOSP theme for sense 3.6. It makes your phone look 100% like stock ICS. It doesn't theme the lock screen, so you still get to keep that.
