Help Group texts?

I've noticed that when I send out a group text it goes to each person individually. I've noticed my friends with androids can start a group chat, but whenever I receive a text from the chat each person comes up in an individual thread as well. Is there a way to receive/send texts from a chat in one thread? Maybe an app?

Im on CTMod btw and these texts are coming via mms
