Help Grouping Programs

So the base OS comes with a few groups (Multimedia, Games, Social, etc) and I really like the look and ability to organize apps this way. Anyone know of a way to create more of these groups with the same look and feel? I would like to create on for sports, news etc. Thanks

I can't see any way to get the acer ones, but there is an app called app organiser which you can do this with.
