Help Groups

When I purchased my Facinate the provider transferred contacts from my Blackberry. The problem is that the Blackberry had a group of contacts (about 2,500) that had been copied from my Palm. The Facinate put these contacts into both a Corporate group and an Not Assigned group. I would like to delete both these groups but neither shows up when I choose delete group and all members. The only groups that show up are the standard Family, Friends and Work. How can i delete these contacts without having to delete them one by one.
