Root grrr i dont want to install the update!

I'm not interested in installing the new update at this time, but it keeps popping up on my screen! i would just install it and get it over with if I could do it OTA, but I really don't feel like messing with backing up apps, etc. just to get some bloatware... anyone know a way to get rid of this damn notification? will it hurt anything to just let it install and fail?

i looked before posting and just looked again, don't see anything about removing the notification without installing... instead of harassing me about a duplicate post, maybe you could direct me to the thread you are referring to?
