Root Grrr... kernels :/

I flashed the replacement test kernel from the Guy who did manU.
The phone was laggy as hell after that so decided to flash manU1.4 and the phone was laggy with that.
Reflashed Redux to back to the stock kernel like I used originally and now I get lag when unlocking the phone that seems to go in a couple of seconds... still annoying though.

Would I have over written my drivers or RIL or something with the flashing the various kernels?
 
RIL and drivers are part of the Rom so flashing the Rom again has overwritten them. Kernel wouldn't.

The test kernel has 245mhz missing so if you have a screen off profile with max 245, your max is really 128 which would really lag when trying to wake the phone

so if I flash the leaked drivers and Hadron's RIL over the top things should go back to how they were.
 
I do have a backup but its from a while ago.
I might stick with stock for a while, the lag seems to have cleared up a bit and battery seems pretty good.
maybe its settled in a bit.
 
If you use clockwork mod, you can do an advanced restore and restore system only. So data is unaffected.
