Gs5 upsm root

I have already rooted my gs5 and have installed an app which allows me add extra apps in ultra power saving mode. I added on pandora to it and noticed that once in upsm mode when the screen locks data is automatically disabled. Then making pandora useless in this mode. My question is if there is any way to keep data enabled even when the screen locks. Again my phone is rooted.

Well I don't know how UPSM works for your ROM or app, but I would white list pandora or maybe disable the setting as it might be killing data to save the power.
