GSM Model - Do you have mobile insurance?

I'm about to purchase a GSM Galaxy Nexus from the Google Plays Store and am wanting to get some form of insurance for my device. I asked my homeowners insurance company if they'd cover it but they said no. I am looking into debit card Visa mobile insurance and possibly Squaretrade.

Does anyone have any advice or stories?

Squaretrade has a $99 deductible for android phones. Which sucks because iphones only have a $50 deductible. I think I'm going to go with Zagg for mine.
