Root [GSM] My HTC EVO 3D gsm keeps restarting... Help please

Hello friends...im new member in this forum and on the android world.
After plenty of my efforts to root my phone I havent yet succeeded.
At the moment my phone is restarting again and again while the htc screen appears.
I removed out and back in battery but still restarting.
I enter through the bootloader pressing vol down and power button so that I make factory reset and again nothing.
I am S-ON and HBOOT 1.49.0013
I dont mind having root all I want is to bring my phone back.
please help me.

Today I tried your way and still keeps on restarting.
I am s-on. Does it say anything to you?
I am realy afraid tha my mobile phone was has been destroy.
do you know any other way to try fixing it?
please help me.
 
I would recommend you try the RUU for your carrier. Here is the list of RUUs:

Shipped ROMs

Be careful to get the one for your carrier. There are a mix of CDMA and GSM RUUs there.
 
I am vodafone australia...
I have the vodafone ruu australia...
I have succesfuly achieved the setup but steel keeps on restarting.
the list you were given me below does not contain the ruu au-vod...
when I move to fastboot in my device write the above specs.

I already have that file.
im making successful setup and after on the screen apears message saying that the mobile phone is ready to use.
but the phone still keeps on restarting.

Hello again. Today I got really bad news from the repair- shop and they weren't able to fix my phone. Is there any solution? Have this problem ever happened to anyone of you? I am living in melbourne. Is there any repair shop you know to suggest to me, to go fix my phone? You think htc can fix my phone?

Just update to ICS, its available for your GSM 3vo, that may fix it
