Root [GSM] Root without open bootloader

Hi,
I have a HTC EVO 3D GMS version with 4.0.3 ICS and 1.53.0007 hboot.
I would like to root my phone without open bootloader. Is it possible?
I could not open bootloader, because my motherboard has been changed and htcdev bin file did not worked.
I need just root. Nothing else.

sorry,there is not an easy or safe way,that i know of,to root with an s-on,locked bootloader.
