Root GT-I9300 go back to stock firmware and recovery

Well, I had my phone rooted, flashed to Android 4.3 before its release, and then took it back to Android 4.1.2 but, I couldn't update my phone's system anymore, since I had a custom ROM, so I need help to find a Stock Recovery file (a functioning one, because every ******* file I find is ****** up and doesn't work) to download it and flash it via Odin3.09 , and if possible, a Stock Firmware (for Mexico Region :smokingsomb: :3, a functioning one as well please)

I can't find any on the web, for real, it's like impossible, I've searched everywhere and couldn't find a single ******* thing.

Please, I would really, really, REALLY APPRECIATE IT
