Help Gt-I9500 KitKat update

I am living in domincan republic i have a Galaxy S4
Model:GT-I9500
PDA:I9500UBUEMK1
CSC:I9500UUBEMK1

the Kitkat is already available in my regio but i am unable to get it when i check the csc it says it is for Trainidad and tobago is there any way i can get the 4.4 update?

welcome to the forum, is your phone rooted? Where did you buy the phone from? You can change the CSC but as far as i know that required root. Try connecting it to the pc and see if u can get the update.

i bought in Dominican republic, the phone is not rooted and i have try with kies it didn't work

Your CSC code is UUB = Trinidad and Tobago.

UWA = Dominican Republic

DOR = Dominican Republic (Orange)
