Root GT540 no longer recognizing SD cards

I recenty updated my GT540 form the offical 2.1 to 2.3.7 C7.I had no problems at first, but after a week i noticed that my phone gets "sd card removed unexpectedly" message.It happend rarely like one per 2 days, so i kept fixing it by pulling the card out and pluging it in again.But a week before i got the message again but after repluging the card nothing happend.I tried hard reset, other cards, reinstall the ROM, other roms, but nothing helped at all.Now even with a card in my phone i cant use Galery, Music, or anything else that requires SD.Its like no card insterted.Any ideas how to fix this?

same here, one day by chances my phone detected the SD card and I flash ICS by mike, and it seems solved the problem..
right now we have to wait mike to release the fastboot version..
