when I plug in my usb cable on my 24hr old gt540 it no longer recognises it and will not charge or connect to my pc, it still charges through the mains charger. I have tried a factory reset but no luck, is there setting I may of changed or need to change or is it buggered?
First of all, do you have a SD card in your phone, if so do extact same as i do.
1: Connect your phone to your computer using the usb cord
2: Go to your phone, and open the drop down list on top of desktop
3: Click on USB is connected
4: Click mount
You should be able to add files onto the SD card on the phone now
