Root GTA Vice city crashing

Hey guys I have the HTC EVO V 4G (EVO 3D).

Just wanted to see if you guys are having the infamous crash while driving in GTA VC. As soon as I enter car and take off it takes 3 - 6 seconds after driving and the game completely locks up. Are you guys having this issue?

I'm S-OFF, Mobsters V4 Lite, MAC Kernel 1.566 ghz.

I don't think the game is meant to be played on this phone. Like GTA 3 was meant for Tegra 3 devices.

actually, rockstar games mentioned the evo 3d as one of their primary supported devices... too lazy to look for a link... dont know why the evo v isnt supported or why the game doesn't play too well.. but they did mention the evo 3d as one of the phones they would make the game compatible with...

GTA III runs pretty alright on my phone. I'm using MidnightRom Senseless with the MAC Kernel, overclocked to 1.5GHz. I only experience some minor lag when I'm driving around and there's a lot of action on screen.

yea the same thing happens to me when entering a car and driving for a couple secs.. it just locks up. so ive been doing the missions by foot lmao. gta 3 give me no problems tho. it runs pretty smooth.

Just checked the play store for both games on my PC and they both say incompatible. Running Unlocked Potential Rom. This is what I was referring to.
