The game works flawlessly from the source I got it from.

You can't, so please don't and thanks for not doing so. I'd appreciate it if you didn't pm folk links too.

Aside from the legal issues, you can't really be sure what you're installing from warez sites so I'd advise against installing via those methods anyway.

I saw that too I emailed them hopefully it becomes available because I can play gta 3 without any issues

I downloaded GTA III on it for only a dollar from the PlayStore, and it ran without lag very nicely. So yes I'd assume Vice City will too in due time when released.

It has been released it just isn't compatible from the play store. I've already emailed them and they said they are trying to make it compatible with more devices.
