Waiting for ICS and hoping for ICS to be released soon for Galaxy note, i installed Kies and when i connect my Galaxy Note to my PC/Laptop, i get this message. Below is the link to screenshot.

I have tried the USB debugging option already mentioned in the forum. My phone is not locked and not rooted.
